Refund Policy

INSTANT DIGITAL DELIVERY & 7-DAY REFUND POLICY

Your edition is a digital product delivered instantly on screen once payment is confirmed. Not what you expected? Reply to your confirmation email, or write to support@sealedhours.com, within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days, we refund only if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or if a technical fault on our side prevents you from opening your edition and we cannot resolve it within 7 days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
