Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Nodal Logics LLC collects through SEALED HOURS, why, and where it is kept. SEALED HOURS is for adults aged 18 and over.
1. What you give us
- The name you enter, your birth date, calendar type (solar or lunar) and, if you know it, your birth hour.
- The relationship status and the question you choose in the intro.
- Your email address and name as you give them to Stripe when you pay. We do not ask for them before that.
- For a compatibility key: the counterpart’s name, birth date and, if given, birth hour.
2. How we use it
Birth details are used only to calculate your chart and your reading. Your email is used to send your confirmation with your private link, for receipts, and to find your purchase if you contact us. We do not sell your information.
3. Where it is kept
- Our database (Supabase) holds your name, birth details, relationship status and, after payment, your email, along with whether you have paid and which compatibility keys you have used. Your private link holds only a random code, never your details, but anyone holding the link can open your dossier.
- Your browser keeps your private link’s code and the details you entered, so you can pick up where you stopped.
- Stripe holds your payment record: your email and name. Card details are handled by Stripe only; we never receive them. Stripe can save your payment method so it is ready if you add compatibility keys; you always confirm that payment yourself.
- Counterparts: the name, birth date and birth hour you enter are stored in our database with your dossier, so your verdict stays with you and the same key is not spent twice. They are never sent to advertising partners.
4. Advertising measurement (Meta)
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure whether our ads work. When you submit the intro form, go to payment or complete a payment, Meta receives that event, its amount, your IP address and browser details, and Meta’s cookie identifiers. For a payment it also receives your email, name and country in hashed form. Meta never receives your birth date or hour, your relationship status, a counterpart’s details or anything from your chart.
5. Session recording and heatmaps (Microsoft Clarity)
On the free pages we use Microsoft Clarity, with Microsoft acting as our processor, to see how visitors move through the site: session recordings and heatmaps of taps, scrolling and pages viewed, along with device and browser details. What you type, your name, birth details and chart are masked before anything is sent, and Clarity never runs on your dossier or compatibility results.
6. Service providers
Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting; it processes requests and keeps standard server logs such as IP addresses), Resend (sends your confirmation email), Meta (advertising measurement), Microsoft (session recording and heatmaps) and Google Fonts (some typefaces load from Google, which sees your IP address). Their own privacy policies apply to their processing.
7. Cookies
We set a one-year cookie with your private link’s code, so your dossier can be found again on this browser. The Meta Pixel uses its own cookies (_fbp, _fbc), and Microsoft Clarity uses its own on the free pages (_clck, _clsk). Stripe’s checkout page sets its own cookies for payment and fraud prevention.
8. How long
We keep your record so your private link keeps working, until you ask us to delete it. Payment records stay with Stripe for as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute purposes.
9. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by writing to support@sealedhours.com from the email you paid with. Deleting them closes your dossier link.
